Buying Data is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. SEARCH & ADD TO BASKET - Enter your search criteria using the boxes above & hit "NEXT>>"; each time you search, the database will find up to 75 matching sales
records; you can cancel these, shop some more or add these to your shopping basket.
2. CHECKOUT & PAY - when you've finished adding reports to your basket, follow the "checkout and pay" option; enter your email
address when asked (so we can send you the reports); then complete your credit card details and hit the "Order Now!" button.
3. THE PRODUCT - your reports are then immediately sent to you via email and is placed on the web.

The Product you buy
You receive up to 75 actual sales records (shown as a table) detailing each address, suburb, property classification (e.g. a house), number
of bedrooms and bathrooms, house area, wall type (e.g. brick), year built, land zoning, land area, certificate of title, sales date and price.

Each report will be emailed to you as a web page (HTML format), and you can simply print them off the screen
Each report will also be sent as an attachment (in ascii format) with instructions on how to import this into your favourite computer application such as excel or word.
